This is a great place to stay. Super convenient, short walk to downtown Armidale restaurants, cafes, pubs. There is an Aldi across the road and a servo on the corner. The rooms are clean and spacious (and they also seemed pretty soundproof). Staff were helpful and accommodating. Great value.

The people who run the Inn are so nice. Nothing was an issue. Anything you wanted was delivered with a smile. I have sung their praises already and without a doubt next time we are in Armidale we will stay there.

Melinda and Allen very kindly let me do a long stay with Westwood - I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. I cannot speak highly enough of my stay here - I was so comfortable even during the frosty cold winter days of Armidale, and Mel and Allen were so accommodating and helpful if I needed any help. The apartment was clean, and had very comfortable beds! The kitchen had everything I needed and the motel is in an extremely convenient place in town as well. All I can say is thank you very much to Mel and Allen for their wonderful hospitality and making my stay here in town so homely! If you need a lovely, comfortable place to stay in Armidale, look no further - I would highly recommend Westwood Motor Inn.

I was recently in Armidale for work and unfortunately my work can be unpredictable so last minute bookings need to be made. Mel was an absolute angel and managed to squeeze us in and also worked with me to shuffle around when I needed to extend our stay or leave early. Al and Mel are absolutely amazing people and I would recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean and warm (cold weather while I was there). It is located right across the road from an Aldi and is a quick stroll into town for food. You can’t go wrong staying at the Westwood Motor Inn!

We loved our stay at Westwood Motor Inn Armidale and would highly recommend this establishment. The room was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, crisp sheets and generous room sizes, all in a easily accessible, secure and centrally positioned location. As a couple attending a wedding, we chose to stay in the two bedroom apartment. It was more spacious than my Sydney apartment!! We relaxed in the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed the best Armidale had to offer from our perfect location. Our hosts Alan and Melinda ensured our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and seamlessly relaxing. It was so lovely to return to the motel after shopping, dining out and attending the wedding reception. We are definitely returning for another enjoyable weekend.

Have just completed a two week stay in one one Westwoods exceptionally clean apartments. Both bathroom and kitchen had just been renovated and were modern and well set out. Everything I needed was available in the room plus more, even to my request for extra face washers. My host Mel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and informed of whats on and where. Ill be back.

Great room at great price, free wifi and great heating. Fantastic customer service and wonderful breakfast once again at very reasonable prices. Compared to other motels we've stayed in and had to pay so much more for ... this motor inn is far superior in every way.

Opposite Aldi, and round the corner from various eateries, this motel is most convenient for travellers. The room was large, and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and wifi had good reception.

The owners are so lovely and prompt when I was telling them my arrival as I was finishing work and flying up from Sydney. The rooms are clean and spacious- the beds were so comfy. I would recommend staying here in the future.

Hosts are fantastic, super helpful with a motel that's in a great location near all that Armidale has to offer. While the motel is older the rooms are kept very clean. Have stayed there before and will stay there again.

Westwood was a great place to stay and in the perfect location for our girls weekend away. Close to everything! Cafes, restaurants & shops. We left our cars at the motel and walked everywhere. We stayed in the twin deluxe room which was extremely clean & tidy and the daily room servicing was a lovely surprise. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. We will definitely be back!

Got a budget room and it was really good value, large bathroom, comfy bed, good heating, lots of storage and cutlery/plates for eating dinner, lovely lady at check in, easy walk to shops yet very quiet spot.

The owner is exceptionally friendly, she was accommodating and very thoughtful. We checked in after 6pm & all we had to do was get our key. Our room was already heating, lights on and fresh milk etc was already in the room. Customer service at its best

If you want, park the car and explore Armidale this is the place to do it. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the location is in a great spot with easy walking distance to the town center.

Great location with all amenities included. Perfect apartment for our family of 4. Included was two bedrooms, lounge TV area and all cooking facilities. Beds had electric blankets for those cold Armidale nights and great air-conditioning system that kept us all warm.

Westwood was the perfect home away from home for a weekend with my daughters. The apartment was very comfortable and nothing was overlooked with plenty of coffee, sugar and tea provided. We were also in walking distance to shops and restaurants, a big bonus and the autumn colours in Armidale, simply breathtaking.

Great position only a short 5 minute walk to CBD. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at the Westwood motor inn and were given one of their 2 bedroom apartments. It was warm and very well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. It was a perfect place to stay for a family. It was only minutes walk from the centre of town.

We stayed at the Westwood as a family group and utilised the 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. These were very spacious and had everything you need. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to the centre of towns restaurants and pubs. The owners Melinda and Al are very welcoming and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend that when you stay in Armidale you stay here.
